At the Forum UNESCO University and Heritage (FUUH (Hanoi (Viet Nam), 5-10 April 2009) the initiatives of PRECOMOS has been presented through presentation of a paper and subsequent discussions. In the discussion related to the topic of the Forum (Historic Urban Landscapes and more particularly heritage management of such sites) there was a great interest for better understanding the cost-benefit of a maintenance-based conservation approach of which the large number of population in Urban heritage sites can profit.
