Conclusion of SPRECOMAH meetings

After the two SPRECOMAH seminars (Leuven, 2007 and Val de Loire, 2008), the general conclusion of the scope and the vision of preventive conservation is drafted, as the preparation of the UNESCO Chair for preventive conservation, maintenance and monitoring of monuments and sites.
